"I started with low self-esteem and the inability to focus"
I took karate classes with Master Ron Joslin for over 15 years. I started with low self-esteem and the inability to focus at my fullest potential. Within a short amount of time, I was winning competitions.
Thank you, Master Joslin!!

"His ability to educate anyone that wants to learn is awe-inspiring!"
Kyoshi Ron Joslin is a true Master of Isshinryu Karate! I first met him in 1999 and started training at the end of 2000. I watched Master Joslin start over 5 successful karate schools, teaching countless individuals karate classes who have gone on to run their own karate schools.

Q: What age do you start children?
A: We start children at the age of four years old. We have a separate class for the four, five, and six-year-olds. It is called "Little Dragons".
If you don’t see your question let us know, we are here to help.
Absolutly! For the LD's we require a family member to be present. All other classes we strongly encourage family involvement.
We realize how tempted you may be when you see your child not paying attention, but they need to focus on the instructors. Please refrain from talking to your kids.
Some children need a heads-up that it's getting close to time to go. Use the 15-minute countdown. Remind them every 5 minutes. “We get to go to karate today. We leave in 10 minutes”.
